You will leave with the ability to articulate it within the framework of a job hunt: in your resume, LinkedIn profile, and interviews. This is the starting point to set you up for an intentional, strategic job hunt.

Session 1: Resume and LinkedIn Audit

• We work together to parse a critical, customized narrative of the value you bring to your employer, and look for ways to powerfully communicate your impact in your resume, LinkedIn, and potentially other compelling collateral. You’ll leave with a powerful template to get started, career themes to highlight your transferrable skills, and specific action items to package your career brand into these critical pieces of job search collateral.

Session 2: Career Mapping

• With your personal and professional values as your north star, we will map out compelling career options for you. From here, you will have the framework to generate target companies and jobs that support the life you’re looking for.

Session 3: Exploration and Strategic Outreach

• This is where we turn brainstorms into action. Starting with your target list, we’ll strategize on creating inroads toward your ideal positions. No job posted? No problem! We’ll come up with ways to be seen by key decision makers, explore your targeted field, gain insight from industry insiders, and generate momentum on your chosen career path.
